Whenever you feel called to Journey into the Self with support of Earth’s Medicine, you don’t have to do it alone.
Ram Dass says, “we are all just walking each other home” and Wolf & Moon Coaching would like to add “and it would feel better holding hands”. Your Journey begins when you say “yes” to the medicine and Lindsay is here to hold your hand. Having another woman as your guide and holding space for you as you navigate entering a journey can feel supportive, allowing you to go further into yourself than you may be able to do on your own.
The first two sessions are designed to find clarity, receive education, and to go over the details of your Ceremony. Together, by peeling back layers through thought-provoking questions, the clarity of your North Star, or the guiding principles for the journey, are discovered. This clarity grounds your desires, not only for the Ceremony, but for how you would like to authentically move through life on the other side. Pre-ceremony sessions are also about education to better understand how to ground and hold your nervous system through potentially heavier energies in Ceremony, so revolution can occur. To help the intentions to root more deeply into consciousness, homeplay and actionable steps are co-created and advised.
Post-ceremony sessions are dedicated to integration. These are the most important sessions to help anchor what has been unearthed. Having Lindsay as a mentor to provide a sounding board, processing, and accountability through the transition into “everyday life” can help to ensure what you received from the medicine is applied towards your desires and goals. Transitioning onto Intimacy Sessions is a wonderful way to continue integration and support to shed old patterns and embrace your fully expressed aliveness!
